Hey Doug, remember me from a few months back, buggin you about figuring out how to get the prelude type SH ATTS system workin with a Hondata? Any movement? Or did you guys give up. I tried to send some of my guys from the other list your way, anyone come through with a wiring diagram or a car to poke at?
Sure would be nice not to have to stick so many band-aids on when a nice solution like Hondata is available. Bring it out for the SH and I can guarantee at least 10 sold.
Cheers,
Ben Grubin

You have too much fuel! I GUARANTEE IT.
My setup is very close to yours, less the cartech. With my V-AFC I take out as much as 30% fuel to keep it in check. You have three choices. Hondata and remove the btc and map converter. Cartech and lower fuel pressures.

Ive got JRSC with the 8lb pulley, a JR BTC, JR Map Controller, JR FMU, Walbro GS 317, and RC 310cc...ive got a lot of hesitation and stuttering during neutral boost...right at the threshold between boost and vacuum...overall just not as "smooth" as a lot of you guys are claiming. I also plan on upgrading to a Cartech FMU soon but not sure if it's necessary...ive got a CRV pulley and i wanna put it on with the 8olb pully. Please help me out with whatever may be going wrong. Thanks

YOU have a fuel problem... tell us your fuel pressures.
Also, you MUST have an adjustable rising-rate regulator (read CARTECH) to reduce the ramp speed of the fuel with the 310cc injectors.

Hi Doug...
... Or an advanced engine management system that can reduce injector duty cycle...

thanks for the help guys...i was figuring it was a fuel problem because ive only gone about 75 miles and im down to a half a tank...do you guys recommend getting a fuel pressure regulator or does the cartech take care of that already??

You will need both. You need the Cartech to tune the rise rate once in boost and you need either an AEM or a B&M on top of the stock regulator with a hole drilled in it to lower static pressures. This should allow you to tune the fuel curve for the 310's.

miller...
Does it do it real bad when you first start off driving, and start to enter 0 vac? and the a/f gauge goes nutz?
Mine did that and i couldn't get it to stop..
I had my static fuel from 50psi to 65psi, and nothing made it stop..
I would suggest a hondata,
i didn't notice mine doing that until i got the vafc, i think it slow the ecu sending fuel down significantly, but who knows, i coudln't fix it so, i'm going with a standalone. something to think about.... in the long run, i think it would be a awesome investment.

the stutter doesn't happen when going into boost...it only happens when i let off the gas while in boost...as soon as i cross over into boost i can't come out of it with out a stutter at neutral boost.
